What's it like to work for MMD?
We have great links with local Universities where we look to find the best graduate talent and also offer CPD opportunities to existing staff.
We also take Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) seriously, offering our services to a number of Charities and Community Interest Groups. One of these is Stockton Rugby Club who do a fantastic job in providing sport opportunities to children and adults. We are proud of the role we have played in their renaissance in the last five years.
Our CSR committee also plan a range of events and challenges each year. Coast to Coast bike rides, duathlons and half marathons have all been used to get us out of our comfort zone and keep the mind (and body) fresh! The annual turnip carving* competition at Halloween is always fiercely contested.
We share radio management, coffee making responsibility (CMR) and most importantly celebrate success. We want to the team to be proud of their work and enjoy the final results of their work.
