M Media & Design (mm&d) have been involved in sports sponsorship since the company formed in 2005.

For four seasons mm&d have sponsored Darlington Mowden Park Rugby Club who play in the third tier of English Rugby. We provide marketing services to the club, looking after all game day support and promoting their home ground; the Northern Echo Arena. This season has been a huge success for the club, both on the field and off it. In September 2015 the club hosted the New Zealand All Blacks for a week in the build up to their Rugby World Cup game in Newcastle. This was a fantastic experience for Mowden Park and their supporters, including mm&d, who got to see the All Blacks train at the stadium.

In their first season in this highly competitive league, Mowden finished an impressive 7th and established themselves as one of the favourites for promotion for 2016/16. They also managed to win the Durham Senior Cup, beating Billingham in the Final. The mm&d logo appears on the shirts of the team as they compete around the country.

We are also activity involved with Stockton Rugby Club. The 2015/16 season was a landmark year for the club, as they moved grounds for the first time in 70 years. They are now part of a community sports partnership with Stockton Cricket Club and Grangefield Academy, sharing facilities and working together.
